Replacing old downlights can be frustrating when existing ceiling holes do not match standard fittings. These adjustable GU10 recessed spotlight frames fit Ø75–100 mm cutouts, helping cover the opening for a cleaner, more consistent finish.
Each pack includes matching GU10 sockets—one for every frame—while the 35° tilting design lets you direct light toward worktops, displays or seating areas. Simply choose your preferred GU10 bulbs; bulbs are not included.

Use these round ceiling downlight frames in living rooms, bedrooms, studies and kitchens, or create directed lighting in shops, cafés, restaurants, galleries and display areas.
Because the bulbs are selected separately, you can choose the brightness, colour temperature, beam angle and dimming capability that suit your project. For dimming, use dimmable GU10 bulbs with a compatible LED dimmer.

Installation Guide
- Switch off and isolate the electrical supply at the consumer unit. Confirm the circuit is dead before work begins.
- Check that the ceiling opening is between Ø75 and 100 mm and that there is adequate clearance above the ceiling.
- Have the GU10 socket wired in accordance with local electrical regulations and the chosen bulb’s requirements.
- Connect the selected GU10 bulb, compress the retaining springs and carefully insert the frame into the ceiling opening.
- Adjust the fitting by up to 35° before restoring power and testing the light.
Safety: Installation should be completed by a qualified electrician. Do not cover the fitting with insulation or install it in a fire-rated, damp or outdoor location unless the completed lighting system has the required independent rating and clearance.
When This Product Is Not Suitable
- Ceiling cutouts smaller than 75 mm or larger than 100 mm.
- Projects that require bulbs to be included in the pack.
- Direct use with MR16 GU5.3 bulbs unless a suitable holder and driver are purchased separately.
- Bathrooms, outdoor spaces or other damp locations without a separately verified IP-rated installation.
- Fire-rated ceilings where a certified fire-rated downlight assembly is required.
- Inside range hoods or in locations directly exposed to high heat, steam or heavy grease, as the plastic frame is not designed for these environments.
